• Anonymized navigation data: page visits, traffic source, device type (via Google Analytics 4).
• Essential technical cookies for site operation (order cart, cookie consent).

3. Processing purposes

• Reply to quote and contact requests.
• Invoicing and delivery.
• Improve site and user experience (anonymous statistics).
• Commercial communications with your explicit consent.

4. Retention period

• Invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Contact form data without follow-up: 3 years.
• Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.

5. Your rights

According to Moroccan law 09-08:

6. Transfer outside Morocco

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process some technical data on its global servers. Customer personal data is not transferred commercially outside Morocco.

8. Akfix Intelligence — AI assistant

The site offers a conversational assistant Akfix Intelligence (floating button + /intelligence page) answering technical questions about Akfix products from official TDS sources.

• What we collect: only the text of your chat questions. No name, email or phone is required.
• Local storage: the last 10 messages of your session are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) for 24h, then automatically cleared. No server-side history.
• Where your questions are processed: 100% Moroccan infrastructure (Qwen 3.5 4B LLM on private GPU server in Salé). Embeddings via Cloudflare Workers AI (bge-m3). No data sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Meta. Optional fallback to Vertex AI (Google EU servers) only if local LLM is down — opt-out available on request.
• No training: your questions are never used to fine-tune the model. The Qwen model is frozen.
• Reliability disclaimer: AI responses may contain errors. For any critical professional use, always verify on the official product TDS or contact our technical team.
• Your rights: clear local history instantly via the "New conversation" button; opt-out from Vertex AI fallback by email; request a logs check anytime.
