Akfix Clear est un MS Polymer hybride : il combine l'élasticité du silicone et l'adhérence forte du polyuréthane, sans isocyanate ni acide acétique. Contrairement à un silicone transparent classique, il adhère bien sur les plastiques, ne jaunit pas sous UV, est peinturable et reste transparent durablement.
Akfix Clear est-il vraiment 100% transparent après séchage ?
Oui. La formulation MS Polymer transparente ne contient pas de charges minérales blanches (carbonate de calcium) qui rendent les mastics opaques. Après polymérisation complète (3-7 jours selon épaisseur), Akfix Clear est totalement incolore et ne jaunit pas sous exposition UV prolongée.
Peut-on appliquer Akfix Clear sur des surfaces humides ?
Oui, c'est même l'un de ses points forts. Le MS Polymer adhère sur supports légèrement humides (béton frais, plages de douche), et la polymérisation par humidité ambiante n'est pas perturbée par l'eau. Pour une immersion permanente (aquariums grand volume, piscines), une expertise technique préalable est recommandée.
Comment se positionne Akfix Clear face à Akfix High Tack ?
Akfix Clear est la variante transparente de la gamme High Tack. Même technologie MS Polymer hybride avec tack initial élevé, mais sans charges colorantes — donc 100% transparent après polymérisation. Le High Tack standard existe en blanc opaque pour les applications où l'aspect transparent n'est pas requis.
